Join us to learn how to make delicious plant-based gyros in our seitan gyro recipe demo! We'll be making seitan gyros using wheat gluten and various types of beans. If you are not familiar with the meat alternative seitan, this is an awesome opportunity to come try them out with us, and even better if you are!
